Where can I find the wick and wick holder?

The wick and wick holder are in the bag that comes with your order. If you ordered an extra wick, it will be in the shipping box outside the candle bag.

Can I change my shipping or billing address?

We will do our best to accommodate address changes before shipping. Once an order has shipped, you'll need to place a new order or initiate a return. Contact hello@kunaka.com.au to inquire about changes.

Are your candles pet safe?

Our candles are safe for humans and pets to breathe. However, keep candles out of reach of pets when lit or unlit.

Where is my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Track your order using the tracking number. Orders may be delayed during peak hours or holidays.

What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made of all-natural soy wax and fragrance oils that are free of parabens, phthalates, and harsh chemicals. Our bags are recyclable through the REDcycle Program in Australia.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?

What if something arrives damaged or broken?

If an item arrives damaged, please contact hello@kunaka.com.au with a description or photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement.

Shipping & Returns

What is the shipping policy? 

We offer free shipping for orders over $80 in Australia and process orders within 1-2 business days, up to 3 days during peak seasons.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $80 are eligible for free shipping in Australia. For orders under $80, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10.

What is the return policy?

New, unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs if paid. Contact hello@kunaka.com.au to start the return process.

About our Refill Pouches

What's included?

Our candles are refill pouches that come in a 100% recyclable bag. The bag includes everything you need to make a new candle: 280g of scented eco-friendly scented soy wax, wick, wick holder, and instructions.

What vessels can I make a candle in?

For best results, use tumblers, cups, or jars that can withstand heat and won't leak, crack, or catch fire. Avoid flammable materials and porous ceramics.

Can I make a candle without a microwave?

Yes, you can still refill your candle jar without a microwave. Bring a pot of water to a low boil on the stovetop, place the open bag of wax into in the water and let it sit until all the wax has melted—roughly 5 minute

Care & Safe Usage of Candles:

• Always burn candle within sight and never leave unattended.

• Keep it away from wind drafts, flammable objects, pets, and children.

• Recommended burn time is 1 to 4 hours per session.

• Stop use when there is ¼” wax left and remove remaining wax.

• To care for your candle:

• Trim the wick to 1/4” before lighting to avoid sooty buildup and extend its life.

• To prevent tunnelling, let the candle burn until the entire surface is melted (usually 1 hour per inch of vessel diameter).

• Use vessels around 3 inches in diameter for the best candle experience.
